Online Classes

TIDRC has been authorized by the State Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) to provide the online classes listed below.

Check this page frequently as new classes are added regularly.

Here is how these Self-Paced online classes work (for a typical 6 CEU class):
[A]
Register for the class you want (list below) and pay the class fee;
[B] Complete the reading material within one-year of registration
[C] Pass 25 question open-book examination (you can take it multiple times)
After You Pass the Easy Test:
[D] Receive your Certificate of Completion for six (6) CEU's.
Continuing Student Registration
Need several classes this year? You can register for each Self-Paced class as you go and pay the class fee, or you can register in the TIDRC Continuing Student program. Continuing Students may access all of our current and coming Self-Paced online classes for 365 days by paying one low fee of $150. Group rates and special rates for individuals available too. Click here for more information and registration.
"Do I have to finish a Self-Paced class in one sitting once I start?"
We sometimes get this question, and the answer is "Absolutely not." You can work whenever you have a few minutes to complete the reading, and then you can take the test as often as you need to reach the passing score. The testing system will immediately grade each test when you indicate that you are ready. If you need to suddenly quit in the middle of a test, the system provides you a "resumption code" you can use to continue where you stopped on that particular test (and if you lose the code, just contact me and I'll provide it). This type on online training is called "asynchronous," which simply means that you absolutely control your timing, and you do not have to be online at a particular date and time to take the class. It's all under your control. And if you have a question along the way, just send me an email. Couldn't be easier.

Class Home Pages:
Notice: Rarely a credit or debit card will not work when it comes time to pay for a class. If this happens to you, please let us know at ockels@mac.com and we'll send you an invoice. Continue with the class, including taking the test, and we'll issue your certificate, even before we receive payment.
